"This review is regarding State Farm Glastonbury Office. Initially, when I tried to reach Michelle in the Glastonbury office, regarding my auto policy I was connected to someone who did understand my auto policy documents. After Taking a long time, the covering person in the office was able to explain why the auto coverage premium went up. Apparently, the steer clear discount fell off because I did not drive my vehicle enough. This is the vehicle that has been parked and not being driven. I’m having to pay a higher premium because I lost my steer clear discount about 3 months into this policy? I was still NOT able to talk to Michelle. Then 48 hours later, I called again and the person answering the phone screamed at me, very unprofessional, disrespectful staff. I am switching from State Farm Glastonbury office for these reasons."
